Care instructions:

  • In case of soiling, we recommend the use of a damp textile cloth.
  • Dampen the affected area a little.
  • Dab the affected area(s) in the direction in which the pile is lying.
  • Then take the damp cloth and clean the spot carefully and with little pressure.
  • Please vacuum the carpet regularly to prevent the dirt from settling in the pile.
  • Please do not use a vacuum cleaner with a "brush attachment", this way you will protect the carpet pile.
  • We recommend beating the carpet regularly to remove even small dirt.
  • You can also air out your carpet several times a year. Lay the carpet out in the fresh air, protected from direct sunlight and rain, for 24-48 hours.
  • Do not wash your carpet in the washing machine. Polyester, acrylic and polypropylene carpets are not suitable for this purpose.
  • We recommend hand cleaning only.
Usage Notice:
  • Use the rug only for its intended living spaces.
  • Lay out the carpet in the designated living space.
  • We additionally recommend the use of an anti-slip mat.
Shipping Notice:
  • After receiving the full invoice amount, your order will be packed and handed over to the logistics service.
  • Your shipment details will be sent to you separately. Please note that the shipment data will be activated only after the incoming scan at the logistics depot.
  • The carpet will be shipped rolled or also folded (for oversizes). Please lay out the carpet after receipt and vacuum it with a vacuum cleaner.
  • The carpet is shipped foiled and is therefore protected from dirt and damage.
Return:
  • You may cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt.
  • Use the return function for returns. You will receive a return slip for free return.
  • Please pack the goods as you received them from us.
  • If you have disposed of the foil, you can alternatively use "plastic bags" or a "blue bag" and use them to pack the goods.
  • Rugs with oversize from 200 cm x 290 cm can be picked up by us. Please contact us, we will be happy to arrange a pick-up date.
  • Please drop off the return shipment at a parcel store near you.
  • Returns usually take 3-5 business days. As soon as your return reaches us, it will be checked and a credit note will be issued afterwards.
  • The refund will be issued via the same payment method as we received your payment. Please understand that this process takes 2-3 business days.
General notes:
  • Complaint: Please check your order for completeness and damage immediately upon receipt. Please contact us immediately if you have any reason to complain.
  • Please always send us your order number and photos so that your concern can be resolved as quickly as possible and to your satisfaction.

  • Oversizes: Carpets larger than 200 cm x 290 cm are shipped folded. The folds on your carpet will settle after a few days and are not a reason for complaint.
Please follow the following procedure for wrinkles:
  • Please lightly dampen the back of the affected area with a damp cloth.
  • Also dampen the front side of the affected area.
  • Roll up the carpet with the pile facing inward.
  • Leave the carpet rolled up for 24h (do not stand it up!).
  • Unroll the carpet again after 24 hours.
  • Vacuum the carpet completely.
