Care instructions:
If dirty, we recommend the use of a brush and a damp textile cloth.
Moisten the affected area a little. Brush the affected area in the direction in which the pile is lying.
Then take the damp cloth and clean the area carefully and with little pressure.
Please vacuum the carpet regularly to prevent the dirt from settling in the pile.
Please do not use a vacuum cleaner with a "brush attachment", this way you will protect the carpet pile.
We recommend beating the carpet regularly to remove even small dirt.
You can also air out your carpet several times a year. Lay the carpet out in the fresh air, protected from direct sunlight and rain, for 24-48 hours.
Do not wash your carpet in the washing machine. Polyester, acrylic and polypropylene carpets are not suitable for this purpose.
We recommend hand cleaning only.
General notes:
Complaint: Please check your order for completeness and damage immediately upon receipt. Please contact us immediately if you have any reason for complaint.
Please always send us your order number and photos so that your concern can be resolved as quickly as possible and to your satisfaction.
Oversizes: Rugs 200 cm x 290 cm or larger will be shipped folded. The wrinkles on your rug will settle after a few days and are not a reason for complaint.
Please proceed as follows in case of wrinkles:
1. please dampen the back of the affected area lightly with a damp cloth.
2. dampen the front side of the affected area as well.
3. roll up the carpet with the pile facing inwards
4. leave the carpet rolled up for 24h (do not stand it up!)
5. unroll the carpet again after 24 hours of lying
6. vacuum the carpet completely
Usage notice:
Use the carpet only for the designated living areas.
Lay out the carpet in the designated living space.
We also recommend the use of an anti-slip mat.

After receiving the full invoice amount, your order will be packed and handed over to the logistics service.
Your shipment details will be sent to you separately. Please note that the shipment data will be activated only after the incoming scan at the logistics depot.
The carpet will be shipped rolled or also folded (for oversizes). Please lay out the carpet after receipt and vacuum it with a vacuum cleaner.
The carpet is shipped foiled and is therefore protected from dirt and damage.
Returns:
You may cancel and return your order within 30 days of receipt.
Use the return function for returns. You will receive a return slip for free return.
Please pack the goods as you received them from us.
If you have disposed of the foil, you can alternatively use "plastic bags" or a "blue bag" and use them to pack the goods.
Rugs with oversize from 200 cm x 290 cm can be picked up by us. Please contact us, we will be happy to arrange a pick-up date.
Please drop off the return shipment at a parcel store near you.
Returns usually take 3-5 business days. As soon as your return reaches us, it will be checked and a credit note will be issued afterwards.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method as we received your payment. Please understand that this process takes 2-3 business days.

Teppichläufer als Bettumrandung für das Schlafzimmer. Die Teppich Läufer können auch einzeln als Flurläufer genutzt werden. Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer.
Die tägliche Reinigung beruht nur auf das Saugen mit einem herkömmlichen Staubsauger. Bei Verschmutzung empfehlen wir die Nutzung einer Bürste und eines feuchten Textil-Lappen. Feuchten Sie die betroffene Stelle ein wenig an. Bürsten Sie die betroffene Stelle in Liegerichtung des Flors. Nehmen Sie im Anschluss den feuchten Lappen und reinigen die Stelle vorsichtig und mit wenig Druck. Bitte saugen Sie den Teppich regelmäßig ab, damit der Schmutz sich im Flor nicht festsetzen kann. Verwenden Sie bitte keinen Staubsauger mit "Bürstaufsatz", so schonen Sie den Teppichflor. Bei Flecken bitte mit Wasser (kohlensäurehaltiges oder lauwarmes empfohlen) durchspülen und mit einem saugfähigen Tuch, Lappen oder Papiertücher abtupfen. Für hartnäckige Flecken können Sie handelsübliche Mittel anwenden. Bitte beachten Sie bei Anwendung solcher Mittel, dass Sie erst an einer nicht sichtbaren Stelle, dies vorher testen.
