Living & working spaces

Daily cleaning is based only on vacuuming with a conventional vacuum cleaner. For stains, please flush with water (carbonated or lukewarm recommended) and blot with an absorbent cloth, rag, or paper towels. Commercially available agents can be used for stubborn stains. When using such agents, please note that you first test this on a non-visible area beforehand.

After receiving the full invoice amount, your order will be packed and handed over to the logistics service.
Your shipment data will be sent to you separately. Please note that the shipment data will be activated only after the incoming scan at the logistics depot.
The carpet will be shipped rolled or also folded (for oversizes). Please lay out the carpet after receipt and vacuum it with a vacuum cleaner.
The carpet is shipped foiled and is therefore protected from dirt and damage.
